Hello,
I've got a basic 1.0 model and would like to swap the basic dashboard display/computer with one that contains the other board computer options like petrol usage

Hi,

Do you have any solution to your challenge already? I would be interesting to do the same. Maybe there is a way just to activate the advanced features. (I know it can be done in certain Opel models.)

Hi Patrick

No replies nor suggestions elsewhere, so still hoping on a positive answer.

Hi Guys,

I found this thread.
http://www.daewooclub.co.uk/forums/show ... ?tid=12333

Here is the direct link to "How to"

Unfortunately I don't know what the procedure from picture #41 (modifying the connector etc.) onward is for. (Is it needed to get everything in the trip computer to work, or is it for something completely different )

I just couldn't resist, so I just soldered the "switch" to the circuit-board as explained in the daewooclub.co.uk thread.
And it actually works, except the temperature measurement (it just shows ' - - . - °C '). Maybe the connector modification I earlier talked about is the temp sensor.

Got mine fixed.
Check picture below, and inform me if you ever got 570 km driving range.

Hi Bigdan,

I believe there is an embedded temp. sensor we need to add.
The problem is, I am still searching where should I stick one.
Been asking to Chevy dealer for this, but they even got shock & wondering how I got my third 'mode' button work.

By the way which Chevy Spark you have? you mean the brand new one is from 2013 model with all that savvy tech? or the old all new spark one?
As I am thinking of buying the new speedo cluster from 2013 model & plug it in on my old Spark 1.2LT.

Another Idea is to put this http://dx.com/p/27169 on your dashboard.

Hi Patrick,

I believes that picture with the socket/ connector has no connection with the trip computer. It is looks more like Foglamp socket/ connector.

Or maybe, for the temperature sensor for the temp reading on your dash cluster.
